1. Scope

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases on www.williamwalker.de. By making a purchase in our online shop, you (the consumer) enter into a contract with lasting brands GmbH (the “Shop Operator”). Please read these terms carefully.

1.2. A consumer under § 13 BGB is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The presentation of products on www.williamwalker.de does not constitute a binding offer.

2.2. By clicking “BUY NOW” you submit a binding purchase offer, which we confirm by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.

2.3. The contract is concluded when the Shop Operator ships the goods or issues the invoice.

2.4. If delivery of the ordered goods is not possible at that time, the contract is concluded only if William Walker informs you of the delay and you expressly agree to proceed with the purchase.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (lasting brands GmbH, Stresemannstraße 375 House 9, 22761 Hamburg, Germany; support@williamwalker.de; Tel.: +49 (0) 40 537998750) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except for the costs of delivery, without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following return address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return any free gifts received together with the main goods, unless the conditions for receiving those gifts no longer apply. If a free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the current sale price of the unreturned gift from your refund.

4. Retention of Title

4.1. The goods remain the property of William Walker until full payment of the purchase price.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.

5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed over to you.

5.3. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@williamwalker.de, providing your name, address, invoice number, and a detailed description of the error.

6. Prices and Shipping Costs

6.1. All prices on our site are final prices, including VAT; shipping costs are charged additionally.

6.2. Potential shipping costs (depending on the destination country) are displayed in the order process before you submit your binding offer to purchase.

6.3. For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties and/or taxes may apply. These vary by country; please contact your local customs authority for details.

7. Payment Methods

7.1. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

7.2. You may pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), eps bank transfer, Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Shop Pay.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1. Statutory Defect Rights

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory defect rights under §§ 437 ff. BGB apply, without prejudice to the voluntary warranty services below.

8.2. Standard Warranty (6 Months)

All items come with a voluntary six-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents. In a warranty case, the Shop Operator will decide between repair or free replacement. To claim this warranty, send proof of purchase, a defect description, and a photo to support@williamwalker.de.

8.3. Extended Voluntary Warranties

8.3.1. General Provisions

In addition to statutory rights, the Shop Operator grants voluntary warranties on certain products as explicitly indicated in the product description.

8.3.2. Scope

The warranty applies only to products for which it is explicitly stated. It is valid for purchases made from May 28, 2025, on the official William Walker online shop domains (e.g., williamwalker.de, williamwalker.ch, williamwalker.it).

8.3.3. Plain Collection Collar Warranty

a) For marked collars of the Plain Collection, a ten-year warranty from the purchase date covers basic functionality.

b) Covers material or manufacturing defects causing breakage or unusability. Does not cover:

• normal wear and aesthetic changes (scratches, discoloration, abrasion),
• damage from improper use, animal bites, or external influences,
• wear or loss of small attachments (e.g., D-ring for ID tag).

c) Warranty applies only to items purchased in the official William Walker shop. To claim, email proof of purchase and a photo to support@williamwalker.de.

8.3.4. Dog Bed Filling Warranty (10-Year Comfort Guarantee)

a) For marked dog beds, a ten-year warranty from purchase date ensures comfort by free refilling of the bed filling.

b) A flat shipping fee applies to each refill request:

• Germany: €9.90
• EU: €19.90
• Europe (outside EU): €29.90
• Rest of world: €39.90

c) Refills are limited to normal usage needs and are subject to individual review. Proof of purchase and a photo are required.

8.3.5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To claim warranty service, email support@williamwalker.de with proof of purchase, defect description, and photo(s). The Shop Operator may request the item for inspection. After review, the service will be fulfilled by repair, replacement, or refill as determined.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Claims for damages are excluded except for injury to life, body, or health, or for breach of essential contractual obligations, or in cases of gross negligence or intent by the provider or its agents.
